Anyone know how to adjust the top frame in a 1969?
The drivers side frame goes up more/quicker than the passenger side and it probably caused some of the parts to bend.

I would suggest you get the factory service manual. It has a whole section on adjusting the roof. I had the same problem you do and finally gave up and replaced the pass. top cyl. and that fixed my problem. (mine came up so crooked it would jam)

Pat, I have been procrastinating, buying the manual, for too long. I think its time now.

I can scan the section if you need it in the mean time. Mine is a 68, but should be the same. Send me a PM if you need it.

A 68 to 72 Fisher Body Manual has all the stuff you need and is worth the price. Order one ASAP before you damage the top frame and hurt a few thousand bucks worth of hardware.

Anybody got a scan for the '64 style top?
