UD Harold recommended a cam for me and said would be ok for stock springs. After reading a few posts here about this do you think I am gambling here staying with the stock(used) spring?
Cam - UD 276H10 Hydraulic
276/276, 221/221 @.050, 454/454 Valve lift
110 LSA, 104 ICL
While it would be nice not to have to pay for new springs where the bucks could go toward the new posi I don't want to be taking any big chances here.

Well I just went and talked to the shop that rebuilt the heads. I am taking them there tomorrow to have them check them out. I guess I should have done this in the first place
