Rumblin70SS Feb 14th, 04, 3:21 PM Thanks!!
It's coming along pretty quick which is good!!
For the rear tires, I'm using a 15x10 Weld Superlight with 5.5 rear spacing and a 28x13.50 ET Street.
I rolled the outter fender lip but other than that, everything fit like it was supposed to!!

Rumblin70SS Feb 17th, 04, 7:39 PM Hey guys, I'm glad you all like the car.........sorry for the late reply, but things have been busy to say the least!!
The car uses pretty much just the stock 34 year old F41 suspension. The only thing I did was cut 1 3/4 coils out of the front springs. That was probably a little too much as I had to buy a taller front tire to get some ground clearance under the current headers.
The front tire combo is 15x5 Weld Superlites with 205/75/15 tires.
The car had been off the road for over 13 years and I just got tired of looking at all the new parts one day and decided to put it together.
Right now, the car is back to being in pieces in an effort to convert it into a serious street/strip car. Most of the suspension will be new when the car is sent to the chassis shop in a week or two to be updated.
As for the motor, it's a 580 BBC and here's the list of goodies I can remember.......
Dart Big M tall deck block, 4.53 bore
Callies crank, 4.5 stroke
Eagle rods with L19 bolt upgrade
JE pistons, 13 to 1 compression
Stefs aluminum pan
CC solid roller camshaft
Brodix BB-2xtra heads
Brodix single plane intake
Demon 1190 cfm carb
MSD digital 7 ignition w/crank trigger
Lemons headers, 2 3/8 to 2 1/2 to 5" collector
Motor was dynoed at 852 hp and 800 ft lbs of torque with unported heads and intake.
The car will be pretty much a cruise night car with mostly track time when it gets done. It's going to retain most of the stock equipment only upgrading to something else when it's necessary.
As I get more pics, I'll post them and please feel free to ask any additional questions!!

By the way, looks GREAT! Thanks for the compliments, I appreciate it!!
As for the hose, the blue covering is actually the hose itself. It uses a braided fitting with some sort of plastic quick connect fitting. Sorry I don't know any more about it, but they were on there when I bought the motor. if any one knows, I'd appreciate any info!!

What are the specs on your cam That's me all right........actually the Brodix heads were on my motor when I purchased it used. As I upgrade it, I'll go for more cubes and the symmetrical ports down the road, along with a little NOS..........!!
All that will be done AFTER the chassis is done. ;)
Cam specs are: 737/726 with 274/284 @.050
Glad you like the car.......they'll be more pics shortly........any of your Corvette??
