i have not sold a car on ebay, but there are listing fees specific for each type of auction. if you go to their help or FAQ section it will give alink to all their fees for everything.

paypal is basically the staple middle man among ebay auctions. basically a 3rd party exchanging service that also dips its hand into your profits, becuase if the transaction is handled with a credit card you have to update your ebay account (free) but then they will take 2-3% of every future transaction as a 'processing fee'

beware when using paypal, check out http://www.paypalsucks.com to see the downside they dont tell you about.

so basically check out the homepage FAQ section in ebaymotors.com to find the link to pricing and charges for selling a car, and then look at the paypal options and requirements.

for a purchase or sell as big as a vehicle id almost just limit it to a chashiers or certified check, and exhcange doesnt take place until after transaction clears their bank account, or good ole cash.

hope some of this helped

well that makes everything even simpler. :D

my buddy sold his cutlass on ebay to an enlisted man and he paid like 600 bucks to have it shipped to his place

buyer pays all shipping costs at its finest heh.

goodluck

Keep in mind that PayPal is owned by eBay. I've had great luck both buying and selling, but I always make it a point to contact the seller with questions, etc. before making a bid. You can get a pretty good feel for someone by how quickly they respond, their answers plus feedback. HTH

driver, I saw the chevy on ebay tonight, and I knew right off it was yours. Very nice. Sometimes it takes a while for stuff to show up on ebay's website, but it's there and looks good. Too bad you're going to sell it, but if it's gotta be, good luck with the sale! Kirk

driver, I found it by accident. My search topic was "big block". Searching by "items ending first" it was one of the last pages - since it's very recently listed. Kirk

save it to your favorites or in my ebay, good luck! Ebay rocks in my opinion, in a rural area like mine parts are hard to find and also tough sell
