Here's what I use..... they have a freebie on there too.

CCleaner: Do not install their toolbar option

"Scan for Issues" function is the registry cleaner.

"Clean" function deletes unused files, history, and tracking cookies.

In options:
Set to run (does not do registry) when computer starts. Add the "open ccleaner to recycle bin" to make it easier to dump cookies, and uncheck "only delete temporary files older than 48 hours" so you can dump what you don't want/need.

Place cookies you want to save in the save list so you don't delete passwords, sign in cookies, etc.

Ccleaner also gives you the option to delete programs you no longer want.

My son just sent that to me. I got it loaded and WOW! does it work fast. 20 seconds and it cleaned 1.8gb of crap off my computer. It really speeds things up.
