I am currently building a mild 383 for a 71 chevelle and am looking for a new oil pan. I know that the clearance on a chevelle is pretty tight, and there are few options in the after market. I do not want to go lower than the cross member, so I think side kick outs may be necessary. So my question is what oil pans do you guys use/prefer and are there any clearance problems? The car has long tube headers. Any part numbers would be greatly appreciated.

Moroso kick out works, but with hooker super comps 13/4 the drain plug and oil filter can be a PITA.
