Hi, I am planning to run a 406sbc with AFR 210 cc heads, Holley 750 Double pumper, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold, 1.6:1 roller rockers, factory bottom end except trw 10:1 pistons, looking into Hooker Super Comp 1 5/8 headers, plan to run a 3:73 gear with a muncie 4 speed. I want a solid lifter solid cam. I am planning on making 450+ Horsepower with this combo. I plan to run power brakes and power steering, I will bypass the power steering at the track. This car will see a lot of street time with the occasional track pass. Oh ya in the future I plan to install Hydroboost. Wont rev it past 6500. Thanks!

MAROONED! TwoLane, your username is soo cool I have to give up Mike Norman's "CLASSIFIED" cam card! He walks across the showfield and, quite furtively, shows me the camcard for the RATEATER!( And it's a great combo!) and says, " IT's Secret."
Well, I dunnow, statue of limitations, and all, he is building a new motor, is it declassified yet!? :D
For running power brakes, I would think the two above cams are iffy, depending on how tight you lash it. I wonder... taking the second, bigger, cam and having it done on a wider 111-112 LSA, installing it a bit advanced, would that make less or more power in the powerband of a manually shifted clutch car?
It would negate the need for a Hydroboost.
