I'm measuring for a simular set up. I'm looking at 18X10 5.75 BS and 18X8 either 5.5 or 5.75 BS for 71 Chevelle.
They should fit yours, but YOU'LL NEVER KNOW FOR SURE on your vehicle unless you measure. With that said, because my differential is 1/2" FARTHER over on the pass. side than Drivers side, I have to order 6.0 back spacing and maybe use a spacer on drivers side. Don't need to tho as there would be 1/2" from inner wheel well to tire on my set up.
My 1/4s have been changed at some time which probably is why the differents in rear wheel well.
ALSO, that tire on the 18X10 is too small for that 10" wheel.
So if your car is straight as an arrow those wheels should work.

Made mistake on saying 5.5 and 5.75 on front wheel BS. I meant 4.5 and 4.75.
I went with the 4.5 for the 18X10 front.
