Need to replace the heater core in my '64 SS (no A/C). I believe I need to drop the fender skirt to get at the housing bolts on the firewall and then disconnect the heater control cables, etc. under the dash and pull the heater unit out from under the dash. Already ordered a core, do I need any seals or gaskets? Any tips or short cuts would be greatly appreciated.
