Trim Tag:
The 7xx should be 71 for year which indicates the model year.
3637 (13637) is like the 36 & 37 from the VIN, a 2 door Malibu sport coupe.
The 8046211 is probably B046211 or the like, which is Baltimore, and the Fisher body number.
26/26 = the paint code for lower/upper. 26 is Mulsanne Blue all over.
06A is the assembly date, which is June (06th month) and A = first week of the month.
B = unknown as to what it indicates.
0582 = processing number.

The 18 stamping in the top right corner is unknown as to what it means last I heard.
