I have a buddy who needs a custom mandrel bent exhaust done (import lol) and doesn't know where to go. Anyone in Orange county area know of a place or can recommend a place would be great thanks!

imports are not worthy of mandrel bent exhausts

More than likely you will not find a shop with a mandrel bender.
You will need someone who can take different pre bent pieces and cut/weld them to fit the application.
