has the engine, trans, and rear end removed. The front clip is still attached as is the front suspension and front wheels are on. Frame is supported by two jack stands in the rear and sits on the wheels in the front. Can I replace the bushings 1 side at a time in this situation:noway::yes:? I know to remove 1 side and loosen the other side and to make sure hood, trunk and doors are closed on the car. Iam limited to a small area so I do not have the space to lift the body off the frame or a way to do it. At the point of starting to put the car back together and would like to replace the original bushings so should I do them now or should more of the car be together:confused:? Is it possible to just use floor jacks and raise
the body with front clip attached off the frame just enough to change bushings instead
of 1 side at a time.
INPUT IS MUCH APPRECIATED

I did mine when I had the body off the frame, I quess you could do it without removing the front clip, but if it were me I'd remove it just to be safe.

I would say go for it...actually should make it a bit easier.
