Last time at NED when they had the track scale working, I got 3998 lbs with me (155lb- yeah I know..), 1/3 tank of gas, plus the stuff listed below (but on race rear tires).
It weighs around 4025 when I put my street driving rear wheels on (17*11's with heavy low profile tires), vs my light 26" tall 8" tread ET streets.
1970, all steel, full interior, spare tire, fire ext., TH400, GV OD, AM/FM/CD, PS/PB, alum heads. Its a pretty heavy car...

71' 3400lbs give or take a few w/ a 75% full tank, spare tire, and some crap tools and what not inside. Probably almost 3300 totally bare. As in no gas or extra stuff inside. lighter when I get some nice aluminum rims (instead of the steel rallys), and disk brakes.

Psst, disc brakes are going to ADD weight, not reduce it.

My son's race '70 Chevelle with a "540 BB" weighed 3620 with him aboard. Two hundred and twenty pounds heavy for his shootout class. Psst.. ddennis, the Wilwood Pro Street Discs aren't too much heavier than drums and stop a lot better. (19 pounds per side and fit drum brake spindles).

My Wilwoods saved 7lbs per side compared to factory drums on my 67. Not much weight savings but better than going the other direction with factory discs.
