Which way do the main bearing caps install into a 75 350 two bolt engine?

I took this apart in April, and put matching punch marks on the block and the side of the block, and numbered the storage bags, so I think I know, but...

With all the marks lined up, and the cast arrows pointing forward, the slots for the main bearing tangs are both on the same side, the drivers side.

Is this ok?

Yep, you got it right! Notches for bearing tangs are on the SAME side. :thumbsup:
