To go with my Harold cam, he recommended the Lunati 73100 spring. It's a dual spring with damper. They showed up in the mail today, and I can't for the life of me figure out how the inner spring comes out so that I can put the outers on to breakin the cam.
They are a tight fit and don't budge at all.
Is this a spring that I should just put on and use lots of lube for the breakin?!

What are the spring specs, the cam specs, and the rocker arms?

tw, (Name ??)
They WILL come apart ... just have to work at it. I have had to use our spring checker to get them started. Sometimes its not easy, but they will come apart.
