trying to get to one of the harder to get to plugs and went to take off the plug wire and the damn thing came apartthe terminal and the wire came apart...

anyway to fix this?

strip wire back trim it up, take terminal end and uncrimp if you can, fold core of wire back against cover insert into terminal and recrimp. put boot on first (lube with some soapy water). thats how Id do it

Yeah, its not too hard to fix.

Check your plug wires to see if they might be burned while they're off

Bad wires and cap had been costing me MPG and perf. for a while before I noticed 2 of the wires were bad and bought a MSD 8.5mm super conductor set

BTW: your headline reminds me of a list i read in Car Craft or some mag, things like

i took the terminal out and slid the boot down on the welll soaped up wire and then put the terminal on and crimped it and pulled the boot down over it stuck em on and it started poppin and i was like this anit right and then i got to lookin and i had number 2 and 4 wires reverse.... :D swaped em and it ran like it has been "SH!TY" lol maybe i can get the other stuff straightned out :( :rolleyes: graemlins/clonk.gif
