Any tips on installing chrome drip rail ? It's a one and only time to get it correct, right ?
Thanks.

I posted this question a few weeks back and received sereral good suggestions. I have since installed my drip moldings. It is a one shot deal because you can chance bending or denting them if not careful. I removed the old molding & practiced on that several times. When I was comfortable with how it was installed, I installed the new ones. The longest piece needs to go on first from the back to the front. Just take your time putting the top edge in first then with the bottom of your hand bump the bottom part over the drip rail. It should snap into position. The curve is the trickiest but it will go on, just get the top of the molding on first. The other pieces attach fairly easily. Good Luck:thumbsup:.

We need to find someone to frequent these forums who worked assembly line... I'm sure they had some tricks to do it.

How do you keep the drip rail firm in the track? Doesn't it just flop around? Would it make things better/easier to lube up the rail with some silicone caulk first?
