Check magazine ads in Super Chevy and others for businesses that sell convertible top parts Hydro-e-lectric, Convertible Service are two. You may find them on-line as well. When you contact them, they will tell you all you need to know and will sell you the parts.

Strange as it is there is a difference in top frames, manual to power, even though they look alike. I had an original 68 manual top car, and the frame had "manual top only" stickers on it. I hooked up a power unit with cylinders anyway, since all the correct mounting points were there. Well the top would not work smoothly without assistance, and eventually bent one of the folding metal bars. Friend tried it too and the same thing happened, same place on frame. So if you have an original manual top car, I would swap top frames if you are going power.
