I have a 68 SS chevelle that is originaly red and the bottom under the chrome is black....my question is is the black flat or semi gloss and how for inside the door jamb does the black go? Also how far inside the door skin does the black go?? Any help is appreciated and maybe a picture? Thanks..Scott

Hey Scott, My '68 has original paint on it still, and it looks to be semi gloss. The black paint should make a straight line on the door jamb. I'll try to attach some pics...Hope this helps!

There is no black paint on the inside of the door skin. Look at the pics on this post- http://www.chevelles.com/forums/showthread.php?t=233634
On the outside, the paint line is under the door molding, see pics in my showroom to see.
