I hate to admit it but I've never been to an ACES, Chevelebration, or any other "all Chevelle" type car show before. Yeah, I'm a virgin! I decided that since this one is only a few hours away, it would be a great opportunity to have some fun and spend some quality time with my 11 yr old "gear-head son"...and drool over some beautiful cars! I think he is more excited about going than I am.

I'm kind of disappointed that I can't drag my convertible down but the new motor isn't in it yet :sad: (maybe next year). I'm not sure my car is even in the same league as some of the cars we will be seeing. I guess I'll know more in a couple days! :thumbsup:

So...how many of you guys are planning to attend?

I'm pretty sure we're going to give this one a try next year as CB is out of the question for the next few years due to the kids in school... :( Let me know how it turns out, the pics I've seen from previous shows look great!

This should not deter you or anyone else from attending one of these shows. It's not about who has the nicest car. The cars just bring everyone together. :D
