I want to have the back panel(where the SS396 emblem is) of my 69 chevelle painted the factory black,the people that painted the car did it in the body color.So anyone have the paint code for this?

Just use trim black or some semi gloss in a rattle car. Scuff it with a scotch bright and some cleaner first of course.

Lot's of folks have been there before. Lot's of opinions. I finally used the Krylon "Semi-Flat" rattle can for the similar area on my 69 elky tailgate. Looks good to me. ;)
