Almost finished welding in my floors. Its taken a little longer than i thought with four kids, baseball, swim practice and all. but never the less almost done. just a copple of Questions mabe some one can help me with . one the inner rocker panels were rusted out in the front. i pacthed those in but left them open and not conected to where the fender bolts at the bottom is that right or are you guys closing that area two painting the bare metal the underside how do i paint it without a Rotisserie and get good coverage and not a huge mess and with what primmer etcher, por 15, epoxy primer, ,paint, undercoat seam sealer , and it what order .i guess the same gose for the interior what order for bare metal floors just less concerned abot the mess
