Guys I'm trying to setup my Holley for intial engine fire up and thought I would take it back to factory calibration. I have a used 700 4778-2 that had a 50cc pump installed with purple cam in #1 position. I would like to put it back to stock 30 cc and right cam. The rest I think is factory but I'm not sure?

Can someone please verify.

pri jet=66
PV=6.5
sec sqt=31
pri sqt=28
sec jet=76
pri pump cam=pink #1 position
sec pump cam=?

Also I think I might need to change my power valve to something lower. Anyone know how much vacuum my combo will make?

Why does holley list different jets for the -1, -2, -3, -4 and what's the best way to remove those dang gaskets? Like a spray gasket remover?

Thanks for the help graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Not sure what the carb came like new but #66 primary jets seems kinda small for that motor.
I run a 750 vac. sec on my 406 and it seems to like #72 jets on the primary side. Did you check out holleys web site for info on the orig. setup?

I do have a pair of 69/78 I could use. It would be nice if I could get the jetting close. Mainly I wanted to get rid of the 50cc punp so I'm not washing the cylinders down.

Well I called Holley and it does look like stock calibration but should have a pink cam on both and I'm going with the 2.5 power valve,

Was wondering if anyone had a good idea for gasket removal, I don't want to dip it. It's too clean.

Thanks!

Stock is 66/76 with a 6.5 pv and a .028 pri discharge nozzle and .038 sec nozzle.

Book mark this http://www.holley.com/HiOctn/ProdLine/CarbList.pdf you'll find it handy...

Thanks DJD! Defiantly a keeper!

You know what's weird is after looking at a new 700 at a local speed shop mine is all stock even with the 50 cc secondary pump

Looks like the carbs in increment of 100 have a 50 cc for some reason????????

Not sure if I should put it all back together stock or switch over to the 30cc??????

Well mine has the stock smaller accell. pump and I had to go way up on the primary discharge nozzles to get rid of an off idle flat spot. I think I ended up with a #37 squirters on the front,so you might be fine with the 50 cc pump.
I have a torker 2 intake so that might make mine more finicky then a dual plane also.
