My Dad has a 1965 Elk, 350 engine, 3-speed overdrive transmission, column shift. The reverse switch does not work anymore so his back up lights don't come on. He has looked and called all the usual suspects for a replacement, but none can be found.

Anyone know where to get one?

Man, that's funny. When I talked to him today, I asked him if he checked Ausley's. Most folks know about the other places, but Ausley's is not that well known. He specifically said he did and they did not have it.

That switch is for the 4 speed only. The switch you need is specific to a 3 speed column shift application, it mounts on top of the column just inside the firewall. If you have a switch in place, chances are it can be repaired.
