Any differences between Malibu and SS bumpers for a 69 Chevelle?

No . The only difference is the parking lamps. The SS has white bulbs installed and
the lens has chrome trim around it. The malibu has amber bulbs and no trim around it.

Regarding '69 SS park lamps, I think that SS has clear lenses with stainless rings and amber bulbs. Malibu, etc. has white lenses with clear bulbs.
I have a picture of an original '69 SS Elky from Car Craft magazine on my desk. Park lamps are on and definately are amber. Every bulb chart I have shows clear for all.

Actually, the SS and Malibu both used a clear lens with an amber bulb, but the SS has the chrome trim.
