I have warning lights that work but the dash lights don't. Do they use the same ground? Wev'e checked the fuses and found one bad one and replaced that. The dimmer indicator works too. remembering how the dash harness looked I would think the ground wires covered everything, but I'm assuming.

Yes, they use the same grounds. Check the tail lights, if the tail lights don't work, the dash lights won't either as the dash lamps fuse gets power from the tail lamps fuse. Check for power on both sides of the fuse clips on the dash and tail lamps fuses (w/ parking lights on) Make sure the dash lamps dimmer is turned all the way up, the reostat could also be bad.
