Guys we are replacing floors and more panels and recently added gas to our welder and it is nice...We are unsure on what to set the regulator at for the gas press. Seems it went pretty fast this bottle but we only have a 30lb bottle and the psi was set at about 30psi, is this too high?? we have a small lincoln using a 75/25 mix gas and .023 wire
any help is appreciated

Try about 18. If it splatters , turn it up to 20, still splattering try 23.

Rob's close, rule of thumb is the same CFM as the wire size, if you're running .023, then try 23 CFM. If it's breezy where you're welding, you may need to go higher as the breeze will blow away the shielding gas.

does the regulator have markings for CFH? I know the one with my HH140 did.
~20 CFH (cubic feet / hour) for calm air MIG is the ballpark, and that's not a lot. 30PSI is WAY too much I think, since the CFH number on mine reads lower than the psi markings, if I'm remembering correctly.
There is no direct conversion, since pressure and flow are 2 different things, but a measly 5-6psi should give you PLENTY of shielding gas.
have someone slowly close the gas as you run a test bead, when it starts to sputter go back up till it stops and that's the ballpark.
