Another tuning question fellas.

I'm trying to set the mixture screws on this 4150. They rear PV is blocked BTW. I noticed that these screws are extremely sensitive. The front screws seeem to to work best about 3/4 out from seated. The rear seem to like less. The problem is that the car don't run good at any driving speed like that, although the idle is baout the best it can be. Secondaries are slighlty cracked open.

Is it OK to run w/different setting on each screw or must they be all equal?

Does your car surge or something when driving?
Your going to have to define "not running good please".
If you like you can close the back screws and use only the fronts.

My fronts are open slightly more than the rear, but equal side to side, fronts open the same amount, rears open the same amount. Mixture screws don't affect anything but idle, surging while cruising would be too lean.

I guess you could call it surging - the car felt like it couldn't hold a steady rpm. I backed out the rear scres and nows runs better, but idles a little worse. Oh well...

put the screws back where you had the best idle and up your primary jets 2 sizes.
