Can I replace the square "chevelle" peice inbetween the speedo and guage readout on my dash w/the correct peice for a factory "roller"tach or do i have to find a complete new tach dash bezel?

The square piece you're referring to is part of the bezel, so you'd actually have to cut it out to install the roller tach. How steady is your hand? http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif

Your hand doesn't have to be that steady IF you have the little trim frame that goes around the opening to cover the cut, like the factory original configuration. Apparently, those little trim frames are pretty rare, though.

I have my bezel out of the car right now since I am running an AutoMeter Shift light tac and it looks as if all the factory did was cut the hole out. But as mentioned that piece is hard to find. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/frown.gif Good Luck
