I tried posting this in "Electrical & Wiring" but I didn't get the answer I was looking for. I have a 65 SS with 4-ways (see picture below) but in order for it to operate I must have either the left or right blinker on first. Is this normal? :confused:

I wouldn't think so. The 4-way switch should turn on the whole system and the ones I've seen even have their own blinker relay so I wouldn't think it should need any help from the turnsignal switch to work. Yours may be of a different design than mine, however, it certainly looks different than mine.
