I keep reading that with some aftermarket heads sealant is needed on the rocker studs. Is this true with Sportsmans? I forget whether or not the stud holes enter the ports.

Yes,I used permatex teflon sealant.Put agood amount on the threads and a small dab on the tip so it forms a plug as you install them.
