I would be concerned about the underside, he doesn't show any pictures, heres this from a couple of days ago.

feel for you trying to find a good 70 at a reasonable price.

Theres a few things you could do to keep from getting beat up when you buy one.

Ask for pictures of the underside of the car, clear pictures, real clear pictures of the.

floorpans

floor supports

trunk pans

trunk supports

rubber body mount area

under the back bumper, up high betweent the gas tank and bumper

where the floor support joins the rocker panel

where the right side of the front floor (toe board) ties into the cowl

several looks at the frame

underneath the bottom of the doors

a close look where the chrome moulding goes along the back windshield, right at the very edge of that.

Once you get these pictures, put them on here where we can see them.

If you can't get pictures, to repeat here, clear pictures.

Then find somebody that has done an actual frame off on one of these to look it over.

Its either this or all of the above, or your rolling the dice.

The body is only a part of looking at a car, but it is usually the most expensive thing to fix on one.

Now lets take a good look at the picture taking deal I just talked about.

To get good pictures, this will take the guy selling the car a good six to eight hours to get them and put them on line.

So, we go to the price of the car, lets say $20,000.

He doesn't want to or doesn't know how to get good pictures or put them on line.

Okay, then he could hire somebody to get them at $50 an hour, I'm sure theres takers at that, 8 hours x 50 = $400.

Now, how many guys will spend the $400 to get the pictures, not many, but considering the price of the car, $400 for pictures is not out of line.

Also keep in mind, and this is pretty important, if you can get good (clear pictures) and put them on, we have some professional body men on here, not me, I'm just a hobbist, but between the professional body men and us hobbists the car you are thinking about buying will be looked over with a fine tooth comb, and they will tell you whats wrong with any part of it.

These cars are fourty years old and not perfect, but it is possible to find a good one.

Anyway, hope this answers your question, and good luck.
