I have a dual fan setup that is manually switched. Never had a problem until now. The fans won't turn on. If I use a jumper wire at the relay the fans will turn on, so I replaced the relay and nothing changed??? Still doesn't work! I used a test light and it tells me I'm getting power up to the relay. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

Have you tried replacing the switch. When you jump the wire you are essentially by-passing the switch

Nope, not the switch. I am wondering if maybe I'm not putting out enough power for the relay to work. I got a buddy coming over with a volt meter to check.

You need power to the relay coil
You need a ground to the relay coil
You need power to the relay contacts (unless it is turning off the ground to the fans)

Were you jumpering the contacts at the relay?
