Interesting how the remote control mirror is still on only the drivers side.

The GM plant in Oshawa Ontario Canada built a lot of right hand drive cars for export. I think that is what the seller means by "properly converted" instead of an Australian company doing the conversion. If you get a chance to see some of these Australian Chevies on the net. the instrument panels could be interesting. The Oshawa plant would manufacture a run of components to build right hand drive cars and any left over would be used in the next years model. 1967 Chevies with 1965 dashes is one example I have seen.

Full size Chevrolet and Pontiac only, if GM made anything else RHD ? We didn't get it.
All the F and A body stuff you see for sale in OZ has been converted (usually badly)
Sometimes they would cut the frame and box the LHD steering box on the RH side
The dashbaords are usually cut and welded in sections or made of fibreglass
The wiring aint pretty either, as you can probably imagine  She'll be right mate !

I think you will find that the same dash would be used throughout a given body style model run. The '66-67 RH drive Chevelles would have the same dash as would the '68-'69 Chevelles and so on. Production runs weren't large enough to warrant changes every year.
