I've posted a few cars for your consideration the last few weeks in hopes I would find out a little something about each car and keep from making a huge mistake.
What I'm getting and I'm sure others are too is a very dritical analysis on every car. And in the process learning far than I had ever imagined I would about these Chevelles.
Thanks a lot to all of you who've take the time to walk us novices through each of these cars.
You do realize being so good at this brings the curse of more cars and questions!:hurray:

Gary If you are truly in the market for a car and are willing to learn you will never tire us out. It is one of our greatest pleasures to educate and help someone find the right car at good value. There are so many things to consider and so many first time buyers let emotion overide good sense. Well...... Maybe just not the first timers.

I did things a$$ backwards. I bought a car and then joined Team Chevelle. Had I known then what I know now, I would have found a better car or held out until I could afford one. I have a lot more work ahead of me because of this decision, but I know I'm not the first person (and won't be the last!) to learn this hard lesson. You're doing the right thing...just be patient. You'll be so happy you waited.

That is what is great about this site. People helping people simply for the sake of helping further our passion and because we like to do it!
I met TC member Sparky1698 last night in person for the first time, swapped some parts, and shot the breeze about Chevelles and all those cars we "wish" we still had. Personally, I get a kick out of helping someone and simply talking cars, especially when they are Chevelles. I didn't have this kind of expertise available to me when I was first getting into Chevelles. This site is great!
