We're going up to Bend the first weekend in August to visit friends, so I got an application for the Flashback Cruz. Anybody here, ever attend that show? Our friends said it might rain ! ! ! Ugh....They got this BIG notice "NO OIL LEAKS IN DRAKE PARK." My rear main drops about 4-5 drops a day; big deal or not?

Who says it might rain? Bend is high desert country, I'd be surprised if it rained.

Our hosts said it might rain, or maybe something like it's been known to rain. Course when they moved up there, they said it doesn't snow much there. they've changed their mind about that statement.

I have been to 4 shows over the years, weather has been perfect everytime. Does get a little chilly in the morning. Great show, great location, lots of fun. You will enjoy the Sunday Cruise to Mount Bachelor for the auto olympics. You can also take the ski lift to the top.

What an "awesome car show"! Drake Park, under the trees, is simply, a beautiful site for a car show. Being from California, I'm used to car shows in Aug in 95 deg temps, with no shade. I also liked the way they close-off downtown, so we can cruz down there Sat eve, park at the restaurants, eat, and then cruz main. This show was well run, and well worth anyone's time to attend. I'd like to go back next year, but it's a 10 hr pull from where I live, vs 5 hrs to Hot Aug Nites.
