I just bought a set of "nos" hood hinges for a 70 chevelle/elcamino. I'm thinkin I got duped. One has a part number 3976675 R&H stamped on the bracket. The rivets are mushroomed over and do not have the cross crimp like my others. Any ideas?

They sound like the New Hood Hinges offered by GM. They are Not NOS. NOS would have the X stamped on the front.
