HI I have a 71 chevelle and am putting a 454 in. Do the engine mounts that bolt to the frame, bolt in the same location for a 454 as they do for a 350.

Great timing I was trying to find out the same thing.

My 70 frame doesn't have the mounts on anymore... which set of holes should I use for a 454.. gotta love those engines.

I ordered a couple service/chassis manuals so hopefully they will help me once they ever get here.

The frame engine mounts mount in the front holes. It hangs over in the front for V8's. Here's a picture of mine before I took it apart.

Great, thank you that solves it. The whole hanging out over the front make me wonder if that was correct.
