what is this bracket call and where can i get it

Pretty much any "A" body GM car that had an auto tranny ( TH350) . If you have something else then the same thing would be true but specific to the tranny you have. I am not sure what the technical name is for that assembly but :

"auto transmission bell crank or linkage from the transmission to the frame",

would be a good way to refer to it.

You just need the spring, washer and nylon bushing? Or the bracket that bolts to the frame?
