Hi, looking to purchase my first Chevelle. What insurance company has the best reputation? What restaints do they put on you and what can I expect to pay for a $20k car? Thanks!

I'm with Haggerty and 20K is about $220 a year. The only restaints I have are not driving it to work and it must be parked in a locked garage when not being used.
