Does anyone know if this is available as a repro anywhere? If not, I was wondering what everyone here uses instead? I did a search on this, found only one posting...but no replies.

Do you have a pic, maybe I can help.

I don't have pic yet. I am just starting to pull the filler panel off now. But I can see some of it from underneath. Once I get it out, and hopefully in one piece, I'll take a shot and post it. From what I can see it looks kind of like the package tray insulation.

Which "filler" are you talking about. Maybe I am confused here. Are you discussing the rear lower valance under the rear bumper?

Sorry, I am talking about the panel that is between the rear window and the deck lid. There is a support underneath and what seems to be some insulation in between.

Does it look spongy and black or tan in color? If it is that is structural foam that was applied. I would replace with "NVH" foam that is a two part epoxy product. That is what is used in the collision industry now to reproduce that product. It is available in the "duramix" or "automix" brand line at your locat paint store. I belive that is who makes it. I can verify for you tomorrow if you would like.

Thanks for the replies. I am going to be working on it today and probably will get a better idea of what the stuff looks like. I will check back a little later today.
