Ice cold on max, but all the air comes out the floor! On normal and bi-level, a little bit comes out the dash, but its not very cold. I've tried different things with the vacuum under the hood and no change. Any advice? Its damn near triple digit temps here and I could use the a/c! Thanks!

It's got to be something with the vacuum and the control panel. I wonder if one of the lines came loose on the unit? How hard is it to get in there and check that?

I am going to bet that the selector isn't putting vacuum to the right place on the head unit. It's fairly easy to get to the head unit but I don't have a good solution if its not working right....

As said above, you've got vacuum issues, it's currently in the default mode, air to the floor and defrost. Good Luck.
