First posting.Looking forward to many in sharing my interest of these fine cars!! I hope to be educated along the way.
A couple of questions
1.Functional Cowl Induction on a SS 396 Elcamino.Should the air cleaner lid be chrome or black?
2.On the comfort-grip steering wheel, should the center cap be a "bow tie" or an "SS" insignia?
3.On a power disc brake car, should the master cylinder be rectangular in form or the rounded earlier style they used in the late 60's cars?
Any help answering these questions would be greatly appreciated. Rod ;)

Hi Rod,
Welcome to TC. These are all questions that can be answered in the Tag Team forum as well. Those guys really know their original parts. Take some time to know the different forums, and welcome.

Welcome Rod, good question on the master cylinder...it's the "squarish" one, vs. the more oval one used in 69
