MORE IMPORTANT than scheduling vacation, is to reserve a room!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW!
When they are gone, they are gone. But, if you can't make it, you can always cancel the room reservation.

Man just my luck, I put in for the time off yesterday and my boss told me no way. What a bumer. I've never been to the show, but have wanted to go. Maybe he'll change his mind between now and then.
