Should have most of the bugs out by then, as I've got 4 local racing weekends booked between now and then.

It's a Friday and Saturday TNT apparently, http://www.bremertonraceway.com/ so hopefully good for a bunch of runs. I'm guessing Mike will have the 327 '70 running by then, Kevin will have the 427 nicely broken in by then, all Greg's ignition, driveshaft and nitrous demons should be sorted out by then, George should have one of his 2 rides ready by then, Loader should have his cam issues sorted out, and the rest of you will have a month and a half to improve upon what's already working well for you. :yes:

So I'll be there...as long as I don't blow up before then. :noway:

Hey, I keep forgetting to tell you that when you made that pass on those Drag Radials at Bremerton, I had just did all the wheel and tire swapping when I went to slicks. I didn't even think to tell you that I had no idea what the tire shop boys airred them up to. I just threw them in the truck. When you asked me what tire pressure I ran, I didn't think to tell you to check them. After your run, while blowing the tires off, I recall you telling me that they had 24, 28 lbs. in them or something like that. I was seeing red :mad: inside with trying to figure out my problem, and didn't think to tell you how they had that much air in them.

Spent the better part of 5 hours hooking up all the nitrous wiring last night. Thanks Greg and Brian for the help.

Next car I build, I'll plan to do all the wiring before I install the roll cage. I was doing the Houdini under the dash installing all the connectors and switches.

Kinda digging the illuminated switches, buttons, solenoids...but most of all that shiny blue bottle. :yes:

I've only got one bottle and I've heard that I'll only get 8-9 passes using 125jets. Believe me, just because I think the car will go low 12's eventually doesn't mean I expect anywhere close to that first time out. We may be a better run than you think.

With being as slow as I am, I have to feel good about something when I race. So I practice at the tree as much as I can, just ask Doc or Brian. I plan on doing a lot more practice on the 22nd :D.

Only true if your racing, just have to wipe off any numbers and say you where there watching. Most of the tow truck guys don't care, but they have to have it look legit to get paid by AAA.

Let's check into this Frank. My access would be a u-haul trailer so maybe we can just rent them as a package? I know the van is 19.95 a day, I think the trailer is 29.95

I do have access to a car trailer but he keeps it in Yakima so it would be cheaper to rent one than to go get it.

I'll be bringing a set of good scales (better than the last ones I brought) to the track for this outing so everyone can get their car weight if they wish.

I think John's Canadian ride will get the light weight title in the chevelle ranks.

I do have access to a car trailer but he keeps it in Yakima so it would be cheaper to rent one than to go get it.

Just got all my stuff ordered from jegs, tubes, jet extensions and floats, tire pressure gauge. I have a buddy that owes me a drive shaft loop. Just got my mechanical fan put on so I can hot lap at least 3 or 4 times without having to let it cool. Can't wait to meet everybody. No for a helmet

I actually jumped my fronts from 33's to some fancy 35's with legs. I then rotated my secondary squirter cam to the second position and that brings those squirters in a LOT faster. It is VERY noticable when I mash it.
It should be good for .08-.10 faster in my 60'...:hurray:

My 3310 had 25 squirter because I had not gotten into that system....because I was sooo busy fixing all the other faults!!!!
Also, a year ago, only the DOC had SQUEEZE.....now it is almost a standard fitting on TCNW cars.....

I picked up a 30amp relay (under $10 at Action) and ordered my nitrous blow down tube and valve, and a 14" K&N filter to replace my paper one.

I also moved my fuel presure gauge back under the hood but was careful to not let it thread in too far again. (I think in the future I'll pick up a different dual feed set up).

Took my car to work yesterday for show and tell (I was on a vacation day but needed a Buick fix:yes:). I took one of my co-workers for a ride on a deserted road near our shop. This guy has been drooling over a '68 Chevelle that we are watching go to seed in a guys front yard over here for about the last year, ever since he's been following the progress of my motor build.... matter of fact I'm trying to get him to come along for S&G's on the 22nd.
He had an Impalla years ago but nothing real fast.

Anyway...I jumped on it hard and he was like :eek: I told him that was 7200 in 1st and 6000 in 2nd... he said that he expected it to be fast but $@%*!!! :D

I jumped on it once more and he was all :D

I told him after I get my relay wired into my nitrous system I'll take him for another ride with an additional 125hp.

yah I did get them, they aren't going to hurt. I had a friend thats an old bracket racer look at my slips and. he ask me if it felt like in 3rd if it kind "nosed over" and I said yes, he said that I was running out of fuel. The extensions were like $15. so ???

oh and maybe in the future 9's will come:hurray: and it's $15 less I have to spend then

I am gona be parking where we have been the past couple times, if thats alright with everybody. My buddy is coming on saturday so if someone is spending the night and wouldnt mind parking their car/truck/trailer in his spot that would be great.
