The male spade measures .200" A normal speaker terminal is .250". I did some searching on digikey.com and found some .205" terminals and some .187" terminals.
Before I order some, what are you guys using to supply power to these fans? The gauge available for those connetors is 14-16AWG. How much current do each of these fans draw? I might just solder some 12AWG directly to the terminals and use a four terminal "in-line" connector that I can get cheap versus ordering these special sized guys. But i'd hate for the heat from soldering to cook the motor inside.
I figured out which connector and pins do what as far as pollarity goes. For the three terminal guy, is it correct that two of those terminals are the same? I mean they ohm out as being shorts to one another.
-Daytona Jeff. I think the fan is going to work. :) I cleaned off a lot of the corrosion on the pins and was able to get them to spin. The speed didn't nock me on my tail like the Mark VIII, but I'll hold judgement until I get it on the car. Do you remember your connectors being loose?
