What would the Factory Gear Ratio be for a 66 Malibu (10 Bolt) , 283, Powerglide,w/Factory Air be??

That's what mine is. You'rs is probably the same.

On all but the big blocks they tended to go one higher numerically when a/c was ordered. I would expect a 3.36:1 on your car, whereas without a/c I'd expect 3.08.

On my 66 Chevelle SS, the 12 Bolt standard rear with A/C is 3.07. The optional rear is 3.31.
With a 10 Bolt, I would suspect the same as my 68 Camaro. 3.08s were Standard with A/C 3.36s were an option. I have both Protect-O-Plates and the rears and gears are original.
