Would you get 'fined'?

I'd get a double fine, 1 for being fat, the other for smuggling in some twinkies.

Jeez, IMO, they do have the right idea.

That meal that one guy was eating looked so good. I have that miso soup at least once a week.......all homemade!

Hate that soup. Did you ever let it sit for 10 mins. and then look at it...
But I sure do like California rolls. At least two times aweek.

OH Living in Japan I would get fired. Long before I would have gone to the Doc....lol

Gee youd think they would just take out the McDonalds:cool:

You would think that they arent just banking on people to not lose weight so they can fine the company:sad:

Oh it is happening right now whether you like it or not... With health care costs going up and companies having to pay more out for their employees, fat (oh sorry) Obese people will not be hired. First it was smokers and now it is the heavy. My company is in a big weight loss phase and they offer cash for pounds or discounts on memberships to fitness centers.

I'm on the health kick just because I have gained 25 pounds since I retired from the USAF. Plus I feel tired all the time and I know it is from lack of activity and weight increase.

I've let it sit for longer than that and it was the same as it was when first served. My Wife makes it and that's probably the difference. :D

Lol... you said garnish. :D

Garnish is a substance used primarily as an embellishment or decoration to a prepared food or drink item. It may also give added or contrasting flavor, but that is not its primary purpose, in contrast to a condiment (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Condiment) which is primarily a flavor added to another food item.
A garnish makes food or drink items more appealing. They may, for example, enhance their color, such as when paprika (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paprika) is sprinkled on a salmon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salmon) salad. They may give a color contrast, for example when parsley (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parsley) or chives (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chive) are sprinkled on potatoes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Potato). They may make a cocktail (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cocktail) seem more festive, like a cocktail umbrella (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cocktail_umbrella) in an exotic drink, or a celery (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celery) stalk in a Bloody Mary (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloody_Mary_%28cocktail%29), or when a Mai Tai (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mai_Tai) is garnished with all manners of tropical fruit (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fruit).
A garnish may make food extra special, such as a maraschino cherry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maraschino_cherry) on top of ice cream (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ice_cream). The use of this particular garnish has led to the common children's plea— "Pretty please, with a cherry on top!"— for extraordinary requests.
A garnish can also become a hackneyed cliché when it has lost its meaning, such as a sprig of parsley and a small spoonful of coleslaw (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coleslaw) in a paper cup (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paper_cup) served beside all sandwiches (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sandwich) at a diner (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diner).
A garnish may be so readily identified with a specific dish, that the food item may appear incomplete without it.
To preserve garnishes for a long period of time, submerge them in the water and store them in the freezer. The garnish will stay fresh for 8 to 10 months.
A food item which is served with garnish may be described as being garni.

At one point one of the "pushers" yells, "Hurry up, we have to go."

The trains there are always on schedule and although it does appear uncomfortable, the stops between stations are short, so hopefully, you won't be "crushed" for too long a period.

They sleep in cubbies and cubbie space is at a premium.

Plus, if your fat it takes too much "effort" to cover ya at the bukake fest.

Maybe if Hello Kitty was fat it would be ok? Speedracer - throw on some pounds so the Japanese folks will know its ok

Im still trying to figure out how Japanese folks get overwiehgt eating with chopsticks. Hell, takes me like 5 minutes to eat a spoonfull of rice. Got great hybrids but no forks. Go figure.
