Here is the numbers that i found on the choke tunnle 4781-8 1572 . i need to know what power valves and jets came stock so i can debug my motor

4781 is an 850 CFM carb. Holley doesn't have a -8 listed -6 is as high as they go on the web site. The book list a -7. Go here (http://www.holley.com/HiOctn/TechServ/TechServ.html#Carb) for a PDF file that list all the list numbers. You'll find all the specs they publish.
