merry christmas!!i was wondering where i can buy a nice looking and working sheetmetal intake for our`s 1966 chevelle `s 526.we have big heads and very strong bottom end and we want be noticed at the races.besides engine analyzer predicted 909 hp@6500 and 733lbs.ft.@6000rpm.with single plane good flowing only 840 hp.this summer i concentrate on 526 rather than 540.i took it apart at it was like new.our new chevelle weighs in at 2650 lbs.so we aim for eights....

As hoffbug said, I would consider Hogan's Racing, Wilson Manifolds, or HRE Induction Specialties. They're sort of the "big three" of sheetmetal intakes. All of them do spectacular work, I've seen and worked with multiple examples from all those outfits.

Have about $2500 ready as a starting point and go from there depending on what you want.
